Urbee App Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancelling a Booking:
    • Before Service Start: You can cancel your       service booking anytime before the service provider accepts the job. To       cancel, go to your booking details in the Urbee app and select the       "Cancel" option.
    • No Cancellation Fees: If you cancel before       the service provider has accepts the job, you will not be charged any       cancellation fees.

Refund Policy:

  • Full Refunds:
    • Service Not Provided: If the service       provider fails to arrive or does not perform the agreed-upon service, you       are entitled to a full refund. The refund process will be initiated       automatically or manual upon your request through our customer help       centre, the amount will be       credited back to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • Incomplete Services: If the service       provider completes only a portion of the job or if the service quality is       not up to standard, you may request a partial refund. Please contact our       customer support team with details of the issue, and they will review       your case. If approved, a partial refund will be issued.
  • Refund Requests:
    • How to Request: If you believe you are       eligible for a refund due to issues with the service, go to your Profile,       send the mail to our customer help centre provided there. Provide details with order number  and any supporting evidence, such as       photos or descriptions of the issue.
    • Processing Time: Refunds are typically       processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to       the payment method used during booking.

Special Circumstances:

  • No-Show by Service Provider: If the service      provider does not show up and does not notify you of any delay, you are      entitled to a full refund, or you can contact to cancel and  reschedule the service at no additional      cost.
  • Customer No-Show: If the customer is not      available at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be      canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Dispute Resolution:

  • If you disagree with the cancellation fee or refund      decision, you can escalate the issue to our customer support team. We aim      to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
