The terms that govern your use of Urbee Home Services, Urbee Workforze and the Urbee website.

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the Urbee website, the Urbee Home Services app and the Urbee Workforze platform, operated by Urbee Home Services Private Limited. By creating an account or using our services, you accept these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use Urbee.

2. What Urbee is

Urbee is a technology platform. Urbee Home Services connects you with independent, KYC-verified professionals for household jobs. Urbee Workforze helps companies and subcontractors hire, verify, deploy, track attendance for, insure and pay workers on industrial and construction projects. The professionals and workers are independent parties, not employees of Urbee; Urbee facilitates the connection and the tools around it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

4. Bookings and payments

• Prices, quotes and any applicable taxes or visit fees are shown before you confirm.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay via UPI, cards, net banking and other supported methods.
• A booking is confirmed when accepted by a professional or partner.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including: providing false information, harassing or endangering professionals or workers, attempting to take transactions off-platform to avoid fees or protections, infringing others' rights, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Professionals and partners

Service partners and workers must complete verification, hold any licences their trade requires, perform work lawfully and to a reasonable standard, and comply with Urbee's policies. Urbee may suspend or remove partners who breach these Terms.

8. Ratings and reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.

9. Intellectual property

The Urbee name, logo, apps, and content are owned by Urbee Home Services Private Limited and may not be used without permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Urbee provides the platform "as is". While every professional is verified, Urbee does not itself perform the household or site work and does not warrant outcomes beyond any service warranty expressly stated in the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urbee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Urbee against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
